Step One
Click the “Sign In” link to access your account if you are not already signed in.
This will display a sign-in or sign-up form, where you can enter your details to either sign in or create a new account.

Need to know how to upgrade your account for more opportinites for your business? Please follow the steps below, so that you can take advatage of all the good things we have to offer, like:

- Be first in the search results when a couple searches for a business of your type.
- Better SEO for your business, making your listing Google and all major search engine friendly.
- Couples are able to send you chat messages directly on the system, no need to deal with email delays.
- Use all or WeddingMate features like:
- Create Announcements for your listings.
- Add Events for any of your listing.
- Add Appointments so couples can easily book appointments with you.
- Have a contact lead form to start a chat or email chain.
- The ability to create your very own coupons to boost conversions.
- Add more than one listing under your business.
- Create add campiagns designed to get your listing seen anywhere on the site.

To upgrade your account, please follow the steps below:
Step Two
Hover over your business name in the top-right corner, as shown in the image, to reveal a dropdown menu.
From the menu, click on Dashboard to access your personal business dashboard, where all your features and tools will be listed.
Step Three
Click on Listings to view your active listing(s). A list of your listings will appear on the right.
To update a listing, click the three-dot menu next to it and select Change Plan.
Step Four
A Current Pricing Plan popup will appear, displaying a list of available plans along with their pricing.
Select your desired plan and click the Change My Plan button to update your plan.
You can now click Pay and Proceed.
Step Five
On the Payment Checkout page, you will see an overview of the listing you are upgrading and the plan details. Please review the information carefully to ensure it is correct.
Next, select the Paystack Payment Gateway and click Proceed to Next.
Step Six (Almost there)
On the Review Payment page, you can review your payment details and apply a coupon code if you have one.
To apply a coupon code, enable the Coupon Code option, enter your code, and click the Apply Code button.
After reviewing the payment details below, click Proceed to Next once you are satisfied.
Step Seven (Complete)
In this final step, select your preferred payment method from the options on the left and double-check the total amount displayed at the top-right corner.
Enter your card details (Mastercard/Visa) to proceed with the payment.
Important: Ensure the “Secured by Paystack” lock icon is visible. If it is not, cancel the payment immediately and email vendors@weddingmate.co.za with the details so we can investigate.
Once everything is correct, click the Pay button to complete the process.
